This kit combines an aggressive race-inspired aesthetic with heavy-duty protection for one of the most exposed areas of your motorcycle.

Advanced Composite Engineering: Carbon + Kevlar

They feature a multi-layer composite construction:

  1. Outer Layer (Aesthetics & Strength): Pure 160 g/m² plain weave carbon fiber cloth paired with a high-grade epoxy resin system for exceptional clarity, structural integrity, and depth.

  2. Reinforced Core (Impact Protection): An inner layer of 170 g/m² plain weave Carbon/Kevlar hybrid fabric. The Kevlar (aramid) provides superior abrasion and impact resistance compared to standard carbon fiber, helping protect your swingarm in the event of a slide.

All pieces are finished with a high-gloss UV-resistant coat that protects the underlying fibers from sun degradation and road grime while delivering a mirror-like shine.

Perfect Fitment & Installation

Molded directly from original Buell swingarms, these covers deliver a precise, seamless fit without binding or alignment issues. They follow the exact contours of the swingarm frame.

Mounting Advice: For installation, we recommend using high-quality automotive-grade silicone or a flexible polyurethane adhesive. This ensures a secure, vibration-dampening fit that withstands temperature fluctuations while allowing for clean removal if needed down the road.

Please Note: Proper surface preparation and precise placement are required. If you are not confident in carrying out the installation yourself, we strongly recommend having it fitted by a qualified professional motorcycle technician.
